Over the past couple of weeks we have introduced you to some of the best trainers and gym studios in Montreal. We went deep into mindset, diet, and fitness. We brought together a community of trainers, nutritionists, coaches, and people who will support, inspire, and empower YOU to achieve the goals you desire in your health and fitness and get you to peak performance in 30 days!
Redggy Jupiter started off the challenge with a Yoga Fitness class that was hosted at Le Tribe and streamed live on Zoom. That same week we did a Total Body Boxing class with Matt Socholotiuk at his new boxing studio, Glassjaw Boxing Studio. You then joined us for a full body workout at Mount Royal with Drea Wheeler on the weekend. We hosted a #dreaapproved resistance bands workout at Le Tribe with Drea at 8am to kick off week 2 followed by a Barre Burn workout with Stacy Lelinowski; both were streamed live on Zoom. This Saturday we are going to be spinning at SPINCO Montreal with instructor Dayna Bayne for week 3! Next week we're hosting another Fitness Yoga class with Redggy at Le Tribe and we will be introducing you to Mfitness, a fitness gym and studio that offers individual and group classes at several locations around Montreal.

Redggy Jupiter (@Yogaavecredggy)
Redggy is a yoga teacher and fitness coach with over 8 years of experience. He believes that everyone deserves to reach their ultimate goals in spiritual and physical well-being and feel good about themselves. He believes in the importance of self-acceptance and allowing yourself to aspire to be the best version of yourself. Pourtant, ça ne semblait pas être un défi à première vue pour moi, je prenais le yoga à la légère, je croyais qu’il s’agissait seulement d’une façon différente de faire du stretching. En découvrant le Yoga, j’ai découvert à quel point je m’étais négligé. Pas seulement physiquement, mais spirituellement. J’ai compris que j’avais un univers encore inconnu à l’intérieur de moi, que j’avais à peine exploré jusqu’à ce moment. Just a couple of weeks ago, the Glassjaw Boxing Studio opened its doors to anyone who wants to get their workout in and have a community, a family, where everyone belongs. Located at 4863 Notre Dame Ouest in St Henri, co-owners and creators, Irene Louiso & Matt Socholotiuk, have introduced a new fitness concept to Montreal. Their boutique, private gym, Glassjaw, offers personal training and group classes centered around their favorite athletic activity, boxing. Drea is an original Texas girl and has been involved in competitive track & field, athletics and fitness her entire life. She is the definition of a go-getter. With a double university major in sociology and criminal psychology, Drea combines her education with her skills as an athlete, and her past life struggles with her everyday outlook on life to help people and her clients accomplish happiness and live their healthiest lives. Drea’s success in building her own gym has lead her to launching her new fitness consulting business where she creates client's dream fitness centres across the globe. Combining her passion to fitness and business, Drea has been able to build industry leading facilities and help propel them to success. Stacy is a mom, fitness coach, and personal trainer with over a decade of experience. Pre Covid-19, Stacy taught everything from Barre, Spin, HIIT & Circuit training to Gravity, TRX, Stregnth and so much more. Since the pandemic, she quickly pivoted her business offering FREE online barre inspired workouts on Instagram as a way to help everyone stay active, fit, and sane while stuck at home. Stacy had such an incredible response and saw an opportunity to build an online subscription-based platform that will be launching this fall. Here's Stacy's story and how she paved her way into the fitness industry:
"Name is Stacy Lelinowski, I’m 34 years old and mom of a 4 year old beautiful girl. I have been in the fitness industry for 14 years as both a personal trainer and fitness instructor. I didn’t always have a healthy & active lifestyle. I failed gym in high school and used to make daily trips to McDonald’s for lunch. While doing my undergrad & Masters degree in Psychology, my mom thought working out would be a great way to spend quality time together ... one thing led to another, and I realized that psychology was not my true calling - fitness was. I dropped out of my masters to follow my heart... here we are 14 years later, still as passionate, if not more, with what I do!"
